You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at rodeinshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If the refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at rodeinshop@gmail.com to cancel
